Production Details Organically cultivated Pinot Noir was harvested manually and fermented as whole clusters with wild yeasts. Maturation comprised 12 months in oak barrels, 30% new, followed by 2 months in stainless steel; the wine was bottled without filtration after maturation and stabilization.
Tasting Notes Bright red; blackcurrant, black cherry and violet aromas; distinctive, velvety palate.
