Production Details The 2023 was described as the maiden standalone Aux Jachées cuvée. The reviewed barrel lot comprised five barrels and was vinified with 30% whole bunches/stems.
Tasting Notes Jasper Morris MW (December 2024): floral character, alpine strawberry, refined texture and persistent finish. Neal Martin (January 2025): restrained dark berries, truffle, sous-bois, blueberry, cassis and dark chocolate, with a sweeter, more extroverted finish. Allen Meadows (January 2025): spicy red berries, jasmine tea, elegant and racy texture, underlying tension and a lingering sweet finish.
