Production Details The producer reported fully ripe, juice-filled fruit. Sunburned or partly desiccated berries were rejected in the vineyard and during sorting. By 4 October, vinification was complete and almost all wines had been transferred to casks; the producer characterized fermentation and maceration as proceeding naturally and calmly. These winery observations apply to the Domaine’s 2022 production generally, while the report identifies Romanée-Conti’s harvest separately.
