Production Details Fruit came from a 1.3-hectare plot at 240–280 metres elevation. The grapes were destemmed and underwent 21 days of traditional vinification with alternating punch-down and pump-over. After pressing, the wine matured for 15–18 months in barrels.
Tasting Notes Dark red; rich and complex, with oak, sloe, wild rose, a metallic blood note, blueberry, blackberry and blackcurrant; rich, structured palate with dark fruit and acidity on the finish
