After pneumatic pressing, the wine matured for 14 months in French-oak barrels, approximately 30% new. The barrels were blended in tank one month before bottling; bottling followed the lunar calendar, without fining and with light filtration. The vineyard lies on steep slopes at 230–280 m. Recommended service is 14–16°C after 15–30 minutes of moderate decanting.
