Production Details Entirely destemmed before fermentation.
Tasting Notes Floral and gently spiced with delicate aromatics, sapid fruit and grippy tannins. Jasper Morris, tasting in October 2023, additionally noted unusually dark colour, an opaque inky nose, intensity, freshness and persistence.
