Production Details Hand-harvested fruit from a gently sloping parcel was vinified with 100% whole berries. The wine matured for 10 months in barrels, 20% new.
Tasting Notes 2023 release: blueberry, sour cherry, licorice, ripe fruit, floral notes and intense black-fruit flavours, with freshness, minerality and finer tannic structure than preceding vintages.

Production Details The parcel covers 0.10 ha at the beginning of the Volnay slope and is planted at 10,000 vines/ha. Maturation lasted 10 months, with 20% new barrels. Jasper Morris's November 2022 barrel tasting reported 100% whole-bunch filling of the tank and a production equivalent to 1.5 barrels.
Tasting Notes Producer sheet: characterful, ample and fruity, with supple, elegant tannins and aromas of black fruit and leather. Jasper Morris, November 2022: fine red fruit, alpine strawberry and white pepper; light-to-medium-bodied.
