Production Details From an approximately 2-hectare contiguous parcel on Envers de Valmur. About half is matured in barrels, although the proportion varies with the vintage; the wine then spends a second winter in tank and is bottled at the beginning of spring. Recommended serving temperature is 11–12°C.
Tasting Notes Iodine, sea spray, seaweed, Granny Smith apple, passion fruit, kiwi, grapefruit, lime, mandarin peel, kumquat, Sichuan and Timut pepper, Espelette pepper, juniper, green cardamom, fresh almond, and a saline finish
