Production Details The 2022-linked producer page describes manual harvest in two passes with sorting-table selection. It reports a 20-day maceration in the narrative, while a separate process panel describes maceration and slow fermentation together as lasting one month before gentle pressing. The same page gives two unresolved maturation descriptions: 12 months in a concrete egg and seven months on the lees. It also reports light filtration on terre blanche, sulfur below 30 mg/L, and “yield 30 hL” without an area denominator, so neither the sulfur bound nor yield was mapped to an exact numeric canonical field. Vineyard age is internally inconsistent: planting in 2005–2006 versus a separate stated age of 30 years.
