Production Details Hand-harvested and sorted on a sorting table; the narrative says two picking passes while the process panel says two or three. Fermentation is stated at 16°C. The page also conflicts on maturation: its narrative says 10 months in 500-L demi-muids, whereas the process panel gives 7–9 months. The wine is lightly filtered on white earth and sulfur is stated as below 30 mg/L, without identifying the analytical basis. The listed yield is 35 hL but no per-hectare basis is given. The page describes the vines both as planted in 1997 and as 30 years old, so no single vintage-specific vine-age value is proposed.
