Production Details Vines were 20–30 years old. The grapes were directly pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless-steel tanks; malolactic fermentation was completed. The wine was aged for 8–10 months on its lees in stainless steel and wood, then presented unfined and unfiltered with a small SO2 addition.
