The nutrition declaration states sugars of 0.2 g per 100 mL; this label value has not been converted into a residual-sugar claim.

Fermentation Vessels Cement vats
Contains Added Sulfites Yes
Serving Temperature 17°C · 63°F
Production Details Each variety is harvested and vinified separately. Harvest timing is determined through analyses and berry tasting; the grapes are destemmed and crushed on arrival, and extraction during fermentation in cement vats is performed by pumpovers. The sheet reports residual sugar below 2 g/L; because this is a bound rather than an exact value, it is retained here instead of as a numeric residual_sugar_gl claim. Separately, the producer’s general 2024 vintage overview says harvesting across its vineyards began on 22 August and the final grapes were picked on 3 October; those dates are not presented as this wine’s specific harvest interval.
