Production Details Grenache was traditionally vinified in stainless-steel vats with daily pumping over for gentle phenolic extraction. Syrah was sometimes vinified without destemming. Following malolactic fermentation, the wines were blended and held in stainless-steel vats in a temperature-controlled winery, then bottled after six to eight months.
