Production Details Biodynamically cultivated in two Cher Valley parcels, with natural grass cover between rows and soil worked beneath the rows; manually harvested, directly pressed pneumatically, cold settled, fermented at low temperature in stainless steel with native yeasts, underwent no malolactic fermentation, and matured on fine lees in stainless steel without stirring. The sheet labels the wine 2023 but says bottling occurred in February 2023; because that date is internally inconsistent with the harvest vintage, it is not proposed as a bottling_date fact.
