Production Details For the 2023 release, grapes were handpicked and sorted before gentle pressing. Alcoholic fermentation and 14–15 months of ageing on fine lees took place in oak barrels, with 15–20% new barrels. The vines are situated at 280–400 m, and the recommended serving range is 12–14°C (53–57°F).
