Production Details Hand-harvested fruit was pressed and cold-settled before fermentation. Scheibenberg is a 0.36-hectare parcel on the steep granite slopes of Sommerberg behind the Boxler home and cellar. Its fruit was normally blended, but the 2014 wine was selected for the parcel's first separate bottling.
