Production Details For the 2022 wine, Decanter reports that Domaine du Pavillon organically farms 0.57 hectares in this climat on the Rhoin's alluvial soils. The grapes were mostly destemmed and gently fermented, then aged in cask over two winters, with 20% new casks.
Tasting Notes Bright blue and purple fruit, including plums and blueberries, with fresh violets; lively texture, light body and medium pressure.
