Production Details Fruit came from two small Saint-Joseph parcels. Fermentation was in temperature-controlled oak tanks, followed by maturation in second-use barrels sourced from leading Burgundy houses; recommended serving temperature was 16–18°C. A producer-signed 2020 vintage note says the red harvest began on 22 August, the wines were neither chaptalized nor acidified, bottling occurred around the spring equinox of 2022, and commercial release began on 1 September 2022.
