Production Details The vintage-specific section specifies 12 months in Bordeaux barrels: 60% new oak and 40% one-year-old barrels. The certified French oak was naturally seasoned outdoors for at least three years. The wine received regular topping-up for six months and four gravity rackings at two- or three-month intervals, followed by sterile bottling under inert oenological gas. The same PDF's generic profile says two-thirds new barrels each vintage, which conflicts with the more specific 2020 figure of 60%. Sample analysis additionally reports anthocyanins 932 and total polyphenol index 91.
Tasting Notes Cellar-master note, March 2021: dense violet colour; cassis and cherry with graphite, cocoa and spice; full-bodied, concentrated fruit around polished fine-grained tannins, with a supple texture and persistent balanced finish.

Production Details The analyzed sample came from the final blend lot assembled in the first quarter of 2019. It reports total acidity of 3.5 g/L expressed as H2SO4 equivalent and total polyphenol index 96; the acidity is retained here rather than entered as unqualified total acidity. Maturation was 12 months in Bordeaux barrels, 60% new and 40% one-year-old, using certified French oak naturally seasoned outdoors for at least three years. Cellar work comprised regular topping-up for six months and four rackings at two- or three-month intervals, followed by sterile bottling under inert gas.
Tasting Notes Cellar-master note, March 2019: deep, bright violet-carmine colour; open, generous aromas of ripe black fruit; fresh entry, polished tannins, substantial structure and an elegant extended finish.
