Production Details For the 2005 white release, the producer reported prolonged malolactic fermentation in a very cold cellar, no racking or pumping, and an intention to bottle without fining or filtration. The producer also noted retained CO2 and recommended decanting. The fining and filtration statements were pre-bottling intentions, so no finished-wine boolean claims are made for them.

Production Details The producer described the 2004 white vintage as having high malic acid that took a long time to metabolize. The house retained appreciable CO2 and recommended decanting young wines for 20–30 minutes. This does not establish a finished-wine malic-acid value or exact malolactic duration.
Tasting Notes Allen Meadows: green fruit with a subtle wood impression; rich, dense and medium-weight, with freshness, energy, minerality and notable concentration.
