Production Details The 20-hectare vineyard was planted to 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc and certified High Environmental Value (HEV). Responsible farming included single and double Guyot pruning, grass covering, leaf removal, green harvesting and hand harvesting into crates. Grapes were density-sorted; parcels were vinified separately in stainless-steel vats with pumping over, followed by malolactic fermentation in vats. Maturation was 50% in barrels, half of that barrel portion in new barrels, and 50% in vats. The sheet additionally reports “3.3 AT” without a unit or acid-equivalent basis, so it is not represented as canonical total acidity.

Production Details The vineyard covered 38 hectares, including 22 hectares associated with the classified first-wine estate, and was planted to 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc. Fruit was hand-picked into small crates and density-sorted. Parcels were vinified separately in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks filled by gravity without sulfur; alcoholic fermentation used pumping over and punching down, followed by malolactic fermentation in tanks. Maturation lasted 12 months, with 15% new oak and the remainder in one- and two-year barrels, with three rackings. The analytical report also gives “AT 2.98” and “IPT 86”; because the acidity unit and acid-equivalent basis are unstated, AT 2.98 is not represented as canonical total acidity.

Production Details The 38-hectare vineyard, including 22 hectares associated with the classified first-wine estate, was planted to 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc. Alcoholic fermentation involved pumping over and punching down, followed by malolactic fermentation in tank. Maturation lasted 12 months in barrels previously used for one or two wines, with three rackings.
