Production Details For the 2018 magnum release, grapes were hand-sorted, fully destemmed and spontaneously fermented with native yeasts in wooden vats. Alliance Wine's narrative gives 18–24 months in one- to two-year-old barrels, followed by stainless-steel tank harmonization, gentle filtration, exclusive magnum bottling and a further two years in bottle; its Technical Details box instead lists 18 months in oak barrels, 100% of the wine oaked and no new oak.
Tasting Notes Red fruit, earthy notes, spice, silky texture, refreshing acidity and fine-grained tannins
Food Pairing Charcuterie, pâté, cured meats, semi-soft cheeses and grilled pork chops
