Production Details Cold-settled at 10°C; alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels with indigenous yeasts, 50% new, for 2–3 weeks; fermentation was stopped by cooling and sulfiting. The wine was aged for 20 months, with 50% in new barrels and 50% in one-vintage-old barrels.
Tasting Notes Luminous golden yellow; peach, mirabelle plum, verbena, wood spices and mineral notes; baked apple, candied citron, bergamot, candied orange and gingerbread; powerful, fresh and velvety with a long, smooth finish
