Tasting Notes Almond, cedar, pineapple, pear, Agen plum, mandarin, candied orange and lemon, gardenia and broom flowers; lively and fresh initially, then rich and concentrated, with candied bitterness and a long, suave finish.

Production Details The first picking round particularly supplied Sauvignon Blanc. Late-September rain promoted an even spread of Botrytis cinerea; five sunny, windy days beginning around 18 October concentrated fully botrytised grapes, and two resulting passes formed the heart of the vintage.
Tasting Notes Lime blossom, wild rose, prickly pear, Mirabelle plum and fresh apricot; orange marmalade and mandarin on the palate, with a long finish marked by elegant citrus bitterness.
