Production Details Grass-covered vineyard with hoeing and ploughing; organic approach without herbicides, insecticides, acaricides or anti-rot treatments. Grapes were harvested manually with an initial sort, sorted again on a vibrating table, and received without an auger so that they remained intact. The wine was matured in demi-muids and stainless-steel tank.
