Production Details Fruit came mainly from vineyards east of Sancerre at approximately 300 meters, with vines approximately 30–60 years old. The grapes were harvested by hand. Following fermentation, the wine spent a further four months on its lees before bottling.
Tasting Notes Mineral, gooseberry, elderflower, citrus, green apple and herbal-spice notes; elegant, dry, very fresh and fruity, with a long nuanced finish.
