Production Details The 0.79-hectare parcel is planted at 7,500 vines per hectare; the oldest vines were planted in 1975 and are Guyot-Poussard trained, with mechanical hoeing used for soil cultivation. Grapes are manually harvested, rigorously sorted at reception and moved by gravity, then lightly pressed. Natural fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by eight months on fine lees.
Tasting Notes Bright silver-yellow with golden highlights; lemon, grapefruit, peach, apricot and mineral aromas; supple, fresh and broad on the palate, with a satiny, chalky texture, yellow and exotic fruit, and a notably long finish
