Production Details Simple Guyot pruning. Grapes were transported in screwless, pumpless tipper trailers and received and sorted without crushing, with parcels kept separate. The gravity winery handled filling, juice-fraction pressing and extraction before cold clarification with pulp maceration. Fermentation proceeded at 18°C for 6–8 weeks in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Maturation comprised 3 months on whole lees with regular stirring followed by 6 months on fine lees, with no wooden-barrel contact. Final blending was also performed by gravity after lees maturation and tasting.
Tasting Notes Crystalline pink with salmon nuances; red fruit and wild-berry aromas including raspberry, wild strawberry and currant, opening to exotic-fruit notes and pronounced minerality; intense fruit, tangy rounded berry character, freshness and a long, elegant finish.
