Production Details Organic rosé made as vin gris by direct pressing, followed by low-temperature fermentation at approximately 16°C in stainless steel and eight months of stainless-steel maturation. After racking, the wine receives light kieselguhr filtration before blending and bottling. The importer recommends serving at 9–11°C; this range is retained here rather than converted to a single serving-temperature value.
Tasting Notes Salmon-colored, with soft red fruit, ripe fruit and floral notes; refreshing and softly structured, with Pinot Noir richness and a slight tannic note.
