Production Details Fruit came from 17.2 ha of organically farmed vineyards. The grapes were destemmed and pressed immediately after picking, fermented in stainless steel using the domaine’s own yeast culture, and matured on lees in stainless steel for approximately six months. The sheet reports acidity of 3.39 g/L without identifying its analytical basis, so it is retained here rather than treated as canonical total acidity. The 2023 vintage is identified as the first certified-organic vintage.
