Production Details Vines are cultivated at high density with inter-row grassing and deliberately low yields. The harvest is sorted and destemmed, transferred to vats by gravity, and directly pressed. Alcoholic fermentation occurs at 15–18°C in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by 3–4 months on fine lees. Werco's exact-2025 sheet additionally identifies the harvest as manual. Service guidance conflicts: the producer technical sheet recommends 10–12°C, while the producer product page recommends 11–12°C; the Werco sheet itself lists both 10–12°C and 9–11°C in different sections.
Tasting Notes Light pink; floral and peppery; small red fruits, white peach, tangerine and wild strawberry; fresh attack, crisp fruit and a long, floral finish.
Food Pairing Aperitif; poultry; shellfish and seafood; salmon; goat cheese; salads and other light dishes.
