Production Details The plots are certified organic and cultivated with care for biodiversity. The wine is aged on fine lees for 12 months, with regular lees stirring for 7–8 months, and then rests in the estate cellars for several months after bottling. The e-label says the ingredients are organic grapes and sulphites and qualifies that bottling may occur under a protective atmosphere. Serving guidance conflicts: the technical sheet recommends 12–14°C, while the exact 2023 product page recommends 11–12°C. Alko reports “Acids 6 g,” but its rendered record does not establish a per-litre unit or analytical basis, so this is not proposed as canonical total acidity.
Tasting Notes Golden and shiny; flint, spices, Sauvignon blossom and sap; concentrated, fine and balanced. Alko additionally describes yellow colour, acidity, currant, green apple, ripe lemon, mineral and herbal notes, good body and balance.
Food Pairing White meats and poultry, including grilled quail and Alsatian roast guinea fowl; Alko also recommends seafood, lean fish, strong cheeses, clams, mussels, scallops and oysters.
