Production Details The 2025 release is made by direct pressing Pinot Noir from Saint-Satur clay-silica/flint soils, followed by temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel and maturation on fine fermentation lees. Its linked producer sheet additionally describes organically grown, densely planted, hand-harvested vines more than 35 years old.
