Tasting Notes For the 2022 barrel sample, Jasper Morris noted dark raspberry, crunchy cherry, balanced oak, a sinuous palate and fresh finish. Vinous noted black cherry, iodine and violet, silky tannins, depth, a caressing texture and a mineral finish. Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate noted cherry, raspberry, peony and orange rind, with a medium-to-full-bodied, succulent palate and powdery tannins.
