Production Details Purchased grapes and musts from partner growers are hand harvested in open-work crates and carefully sorted when necessary. After light settling, the juice enters barrels. Alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation and maturation take place in oak barrels, 10–15% new, for 12–14 months; the wood comes from French high forests.
Tasting Notes Pale with a greenish hue; honey, honeysuckle, lightly exotic fruit and mineral notes; energetic, intense and fresh. The 2020 vintage is additionally described with honeyed fruit and dried-fruit aromas.
