Production Details The technical sheet describes a 61-hectare source vineyard planted at 7,700 vines/ha. Vineyard work includes parcel-based management, grass between rows, integrated pest management, vigour control, debudding, side-shoot removal and green harvesting; the fruit was mechanically harvested. Grapes were first sorted in the vineyard and then on a vibrating table, moved by gravity into 30–70 hL wooden vats, and given a pre-fermentation maceration at 8°C. After the 30-day maceration, the wine was run off by gravity into French-oak barrels, underwent malolactic fermentation in barrel and matured for 18 months in oak. Michel Rolland was the consultant oenologist.
