Production Details The white-wine vineyard comprised 18 hectares in Pessac at 7,500 vines per hectare. Each micro-plot was managed separately, with controlled grass seeding, horse and cattle ploughing, sustainable pest control, suckering and leaf removal. Grapes were picked manually in two passes, and juice moved by gravity from the press into barrels.
