Production Details The white grapes were harvested healthy after relatively warm days and cool nights; after pressing, the Sauvignon and Sémillon juices were described as delicate and well-balanced.
Tasting Notes Soft pale yellow; intense and complex, with mango, guava, cinnamon and white-pepper notes; broad and full-bodied, with powerful amplitude and vibrant acidity.

Production Details White grapes were picked only in the morning and transported in refrigerated vehicles to protect aroma precursors, followed by meticulous sorting in the vineyard and on arrival at the winery.
Tasting Notes Yellow colour; complex nose of ripe white peach, lemon and delicate flowers; lively entry, juicy mid-palate, ample full body and a very long finish.
