Production Details White grapes were basket-harvested in successive passes. The wine underwent slow pressing, settling and alcoholic fermentation in barrel, followed by 18 months on the lees in barrel with bâtonnage; 35% of the barrels were new.
Tasting Notes Pale gold with almond-green highlights; citrus zest, fresh white-fleshed fruit, vine peach, hawthorn, linden, acacia, saline mineral, quartz and gunflint notes; juicy, dense, silky and delicate, with acid tension, purity and an elegant finish.
