Production Details Red grapes were picked in baskets and underwent vineyard sorting, whole-bunch sorting on a table and optical sorting. Vatting was by gravity without pumping; maceration lasted 2–3 weeks at no more than 30°C with manual pigeage. Élevage lasted 18 months, including four months on the lees, with 35% new barrels.
Tasting Notes Ripe blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry and sour cherry with peppermint, cedar and heather; dense and fresh, with silky tannins, graphite and liquorice
