Production Details The 2022 Preuses 3 Ans Blanc was included in the importer’s complete allocation scheduled for release in May 2026. The producer’s stated house method for all wines is selection immediately after pressing followed by maturation from press to bottling in slowly toasted Jupilles-oak barrels. Wines remain on all their lees without racking; gentle bâtonnage is normally performed three to four times monthly but is adjusted by vintage and may be omitted. A cool, humid cellar delays malolactic fermentation; sulfur dioxide use is described as extremely limited. Each cru is bottled by gravity when ready, after a full moon. The US importer additionally states that no sulfur is added at bottling. Natural carbon dioxide is intentionally retained, and the producer recommends decanting every wine. The sources do not establish the exact 2022 bâtonnage schedule, bottling date, or an exact three-year aging duration.
