Production Details The producer-hosted 2023 white report describes approximately 27 months of élevage after harvest, without added protection, with bottling planned for about November 2025. The wines had completed malolactic fermentation but had not been racked afterward. Oxidizable material was allowed to precipitate naturally rather than being removed through fining or filtration. The report also says the whites are bottled with elevated CO2 (printed as approximately 1000 “mm”) and recommends decanting them.
Tasting Notes Burghound found an exuberantly floral, ripe and layered nose with recognizable Chablis character; the palate was rich, plump, opulent, succulent and punchy, ending with bright lemon, dryness and moderate austerity.

Tasting Notes Neal Martin described a taut, crisp and leesy bouquet with a faint maritime influence, followed by a balanced, airy palate showing lemon peel and an almost structured finish.
