Production Details Average vine age was stated as 30–45 years. Grapes were harvested manually from late August to early September, followed by whole-cluster pressing and cold settling. Fermentation took place in oak barrels—some new but mostly used—with regular bâtonnage during maturation. The wine spent 10–12 months in barrel before bottling and received light filtration and minimal sulfite use. Recommended serving temperature was 10–12°C.
