Production Details Fruit comes from a slightly inclined plateau parcel above Prissé, adjoining the Saint-Véran appellation. The wine was matured in stainless-steel vats with lees work, followed by more than two additional years of bottle refinement. The vendor describes the farming as organic.
Tasting Notes La Route des Blancs (2024): daffodil, primrose, orchard blossom, chervil, tarragon, fresh grape, white peach, pear, red apple, violet, lavender, lemon and grapefruit; full yet dynamic, with white fruit, citrus, fine herbs, white pepper, ginger and a chalky, saline, spicy, mineral finish.
