Production Details The sheet describes culture raisonnée, four-way soil tillage, vine-growth management adapted to climatic conditions, manual harvesting, manual and optical sorting, and gentle, controlled maceration and extraction. Maturation lasted 16–18 months in French-oak barrels, 50% new. Tasting Notes Wine Advocate: medium-to-deep garnet-purple; blueberry preserves, Morello cherries, fruitcake, cinnamon stick, menthol, chocolate box and potpourri; medium-to-full body, fresh, rich spicy black-and-blue fruit, and a long, softly textured finish.
