Production Details Grapes were harvested in two or three passes according to maturity, hand-destemmed and microvinified without crushing directly in new barrels. Lavinia additionally reports a 20-day cold maceration before fermentation in new French-oak barrels.
Tasting Notes Jeb Dunnuck, 2019: blue fruits, iron, tobacco, spice box, flowers and loamy earth; full-bodied, with ripe tannins, balance, a long finish and creamy background oak.
