Production Details The 0.7-hectare vineyard was managed under sustainable viticulture. Grapes were harvested manually, sorted twice in the vineyard and twice again at the cellar. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks, with soft maceration and moderate tannin extraction. Maturation lasted 15 months in barrels: 25% new and 75% nine-month-old barrels.
