Production Details The vineyard was managed under sustainable viticulture. Grapes were harvested manually, sorted twice in the vineyard and twice again at the cellar. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks employed soft maceration and moderate tannin extraction. The wine was matured for 15 months in barrels: 25% new oak and 75% barrels that were nine months old.

Production Details The vineyard was managed under sustainable viticulture. Grapes were harvested manually, sorted twice in the vineyard and twice again at the cellar. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks employed soft maceration and moderate tannin extraction. The wine matured for 15 months in barrels: 25% new oak and 75% barrels that were nine months old. It was bottled in the second April after harvest.
Tasting Notes William Kelley: mulberry, cherry, rose petal, iris, orange zest and vine smoke; full-bodied, layered and enveloping, with supple tannins and a long, resonant finish.
