Production Details A specialist vendor states that the 2021 wine matured in a large wooden cask. This conflicts with the producer’s undated technical specification that maturation for this cuvée occurs only in vats; the 2021 vessel specification therefore remains unresolved.
Tasting Notes Sam Kim, March 2023: fruit-expressive aromas of Black Doris plum, sweet cherry, thyme and mixed spice; a silky, ripe, medium-full palate with a long, smooth finish.
