Production Details Inaugural vintage from a 0.5-hectare Tracy-sur-Loire parcel planted in 1987. The source reports an approximate 2020 yield of 50 hL/ha and maturation in cigar-shaped demi-muids. A second exact-vintage account describes cold static settling without enzymes, minimal or sometimes no sulfur during vinification, about one year under wood, assembly until Christmas and handling under inert gas. For this first release, one third was released at the end of spring ahead of the intended longer release schedule.
Tasting Notes White flowers, peach, mirabelle and mineral tones; enveloping yet refreshing palate with an acidic line and saline finish. Vinous additionally describes floral and peach flavors, clarity and tension.
